This class will be 4 two-hour sessions held on Zoom. April 27, 29, May 4 and 6, 2021. You must attend all 4 sessions to complete this class. We will mail you participation materials.
CTE courses are performance-based. When teachers let students know exactly how their work will be evaluated, the students’ level of performance always improves. Come and participate in a hands-on activity that uses a rubric, determine where the rubric made a positive difference in your performance, and then design a rubric for one of your own student projects with the help of West-MEC specialists.
Have available an assignment for one of your student projects and your current grading criteria for that project to help get this practical day started.
