In an effort to fix the talent gap employers are looking for new solutions to their workforce needs. Jennifer Mellor, Chief Innovation Officer, for the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation will lead us in learning about Talent Pipeline Management™ (TPM) a demand-driven, employer-led approach to closing the talent gap. Katherine Pappas, Director of Workforce Strategy, for PipelineAZ will engage us in a conversation around the importance of a common hiring language and tools that support employers and job seekers in finding each other.
Finally, we will have two local employers who have participated in TPM share how they have validated appropriate training programs and develop stronger partnerships with the top talent producers by offering incentives such as brand recognition, internships, and scholarships.
