Lesson Plan Writing

Event Details:

• Level 2 CTE Class
• Prerequisite: Successful completion of Instructional Best Practices

This is a synchronous online class.

• Participants are required to be on camera and have functioning audio for the entire 8-hour class
• Participants must attend from a quiet, uninterrupted space
• This is an interactive class that will require your active participation
• After registering, prerequisites will be verified, and a Zoom link will be sent
• When registering, you will be required to enter a mailing address; this is where the class materials will be sent

This class will show you how to build a lesson plan with all the needed components for student success.

Wouldn’t you love to learn to write lessons that allow you to walk into your classroom each day feeling fully prepared? This class will help you with that goal. Each teacher will complete a task analysis for one or more measurement criteria, determine the number of lessons to be written for the unit of instruction and write the first lesson in the unit.

Upon successful completion of the course, which includes submission of homework, participants will receive an ADE certificate for 15 professional development clock hours, which equates to one (1) semester hour of coursework.
