Medical Laboratory Science is an exciting new 1-year program where students can become a Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomy Technician. Students can experience the thrill of medical investigation while analyzing body fluids to identify conditions in a medical laboratory, utilize modern venipuncture and specimen practices to accurately collect and prepare blood samples and use sterilization procedures to prepare samples to pass quality control standards.
Water Systems is a 1-year program that studies everything dealing with water. Students will how to design, operate, and maintain sustainable distribution and treatment systems for water resources vital to our communities, apply scientific and mechanical principles to solve current environmental issues, and provide innovative solutions to impact the powerful dynamics of natural resources and environmental concerns.
