Julie Rodriguez's educational journey has taken her from the classroom, where she dedicated 20 years to teaching various subjects and grade levels, to becoming an instructional coach and expanding her expertise at different Career and Technical Education Districts (CTEDs). Her path led her to the Curriculum and Instruction Specialist role, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Today, as the Director of Program Research and Development at West-MEC, she plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative educational initiatives and creating industry-needed programs while also crafting career pathways for students to discover their future careers. In her personal time, she finds joy in hiking, watching movies, and exploring new destinations. Julie is also a loving mother to two wonderful children—a son and a daughter.
